When the owner of Love Those Mountains Realty chose to retire, Sam recognized an opportunity to preserve a trusted mountain-market legacy rather than build without the relationships and local knowledge that make the region special.

Sam partnered with Tom, a trusted lending professional and longtime business associate. After working together on many transactions, they shared a belief that strong relationships should always come before individual deals.

Warrior Realty Group Is Founded
As the company’s vision expanded, Tom earned his Georgia real estate license and another partner joined the effort to extend the same client-first philosophy across Metro Atlanta. Warrior Realty Group became the natural next chapter.
